Ingredients:

-16oz full-fat raw milk

-3 raw egg yolks (ideally not corn or soy fed)

Calories ~510

Protein ~16–18g

Fat ~24–26g (mostly saturated)

Carbs ~52–55g


Combine ingredients in a glass mason jar and use an electric frother, or combine in a blender


Eat ~30-40 minutes before workout
